Tram 28 Apartment

Amazing location. Very close to the center of the city and easy walking access to all of the major sights and attractions. The place also has a communal kitchen area that guests can use. It does not have A/C however and that can make the rooms a bit hot. Opening a window remedies this but the streets nearby are a favorite of partying college kids - of which there are a lot during every night of the week. Expect loud shouting until 3-4am every night. The guesthouse also has old-fashioned style keys instead of an electronic card. So you'll have to carry around a few big keys with you (different one for the front door, main door, and your guest room). The guesthouse is also very close to Tram 28, a favorite way for tourists to see the major sights, and there is a well provisioned supermarket about 100 meters away. The owner was very helpful but asked us to pay in cash when we arrived. I wasn't prepared for that so I had to quickly run to the ATM to get that sorted out. The wifi also isn't dedicated to the facility and is some sort of citywide wifi system. I found it to be spotty at times.

Brilliant location for stay in Lisbon. Right by Tram 28 stop. Comfortable rooms.

Pour les touristes il faut absolument essayer de faire un tour avec le tram 28. Il nous fait monter et descendre les rues pittoresques des vieux quartiers de Lisbonne. Le top c'est de pouvoir être assis afin de bien voir le décor urbain.

Отличное месторасположение - в самом центре Лиссабона, в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Отсюда, правда, вытекает и определенный минус - бывает довольно шумно по вечерам. Номера неплохие, но очень маленькие. Персонал дружелюбен и довольно чисто. В общем подойдет тем, кто хочет минимизировать расходы и привык довольствоваться малым.

Meriterebbe 5 sfavillanti stelline ma 2 ore di coda per prenderlo è davvero troppo! Comunque si gode di panoramiche pittoresche, si fanno foto meravigliose e una volta che si riesce a prenderlo magari al volo per caso e si riesce a sedersi ci si sente come dei pascià! Ovviamente sto parlando del tram e non della pensione....
