Sakın gitmeyin.Saldhana bölgesinde çok daha kaliteli ,daha ekonomik ve çok daha iyi hizmet alabileceğiniz çok sayıda otel var.Kahvaltı servisinde yardımcı olan Bay Oliveria dışında kimse için olumlu bir şey söylemek mümkün değil.Oda temizliği berbat.Göstermelik.Resepsiyonda çalışanlar sahte bir güleryüzle isteğiniz karşısında özürlerini ifade ediyorlar ama hiç bir şekilde aksiyon almıyorlar maalesef.Konumu dışında keyifli hiç bir yanı bulunmamaktadır.

An amazing hotel, I am so happy with my stay! Super location right in the center. Everything is fresh, pleasant, and very clean.

The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and the AC works perfectly. They also provide drinking water. Breakfasts are awesome!

On top of that, it has the best price for this level of comfort. Will definitely come back!

Lovely place, great location with lots of Halaal places to eat nearby. I wouldve given 5 stars but the hotel was only a room and not much else. Breakfast buffet was 16 euros per person which is quite expensive. The location is quite close to the bus and train.

L'Omid Hôtel est un véritable îlot de sérénité, situé dans un quartier offrant une excellente qualité de vie. L'équipe est véritablement aux petits soins et met tout en œuvre pour vous faire passer le meilleur des séjours.

Quelques bonnes adresses à proximité :

Padaria 110, juste en face, pour des viennoiseries absolument délicieuses.
Bistro Real das Avenidas, pour un jus d'orange maison et des pastéis qui rappellent ceux de nos grands-mères.
Restaurante Colina, pour savourer une cuisine portugaise authentique.
KAU Pastrami House, pour déguster le pastrami qui fait saliver toute la ville.
Versailles Pâtisserie, un lieu d'un autre temps, avec juste en face le Galeto et, bien sûr, Un P'tit Truc Pâtisserie, pour se régaler à toute heure de la journée.

Estadia muito abaixo do mínimo aceitável em termos de higiene e serviço.
À chegada, o quarto não tinha toalhas e as almofadas estavam no chão. Após solicitar, demoraram bastante tempo a trazer toalhas e ainda assim incompletas.
No dia seguinte, o quarto não foi devidamente limpo: mau odor, ausência de toalhas novamente, sujidade evidente na casa de banho (pelos na sanita e lavatório), lixo no chão, um copo usado por recolher e até um tubo de papel higiénico (apenas o cartão) que não me pertencia.
Apesar de várias reclamações junto da receção, incluindo ao colaborador Stefano, nunca foi apresentada qualquer solução eficaz nem alternativa de quarto. Fui obrigado a pernoitar nestas condições.
Verifiquei ainda outros hóspedes a queixarem-se da ausência de toalhas, o que demonstra tratar-se de um problema recorrente.
A situação foi formalmente comunicada ao hotel, sem resposta até ao momento.

The male dark skin portugese receiptionist in the day time in june 2026 are so unhelpful. This was a disappointment as i thought this was a 4 star hotel however i dont recommend its just pretty on the outside. You will see its a mistake and waste of your money!!! I had left 200$ tobbaco in the room and informed them about it and no one had reported it. Failure hotel dont trust them!!

Honestly, I was dissatisfied with the experience. It was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend, but the receptionist immediately appeared uncomfortable when he realised we were *******************. We were not exactly badly treated, but there was no friendliness or genuine pleasure in welcoming us. When we checked out, he did not even ask whether we had enjoyed our stay. He simply tried to get us out as quickly as possible… seriously disappointing… I have been treated better in much more affordable hotels. I genuinely felt contempt. The breakfast was also poor. There was a yoghurt cake so dry it did not even seem fresh. There is no parking either. I do not recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the facilities were generally okay, it was clear that the property needs urgent maintenance and upgrades.

The rooms themselves felt small and confining — the windows are very small and give the space an almost cell-like feel. This significantly detracted from the comfort of the stay.

More concerning were the linens and towels provided. The bedding and towels are very worn and should be urgently replaced. Pillowcases were too small for the pillows, fraying and looking very old, and the towels were similarly tired and starting to unravel. These are basics you would expect to be in excellent condition at a hotel claiming a four-star rating, but sadly that wasn’t the case here.

Overall, the hotel does not offer true four-star standards. For a short overnight stay it was tolerable, but the overall impression was one of disappointment rather than comfort or quality. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
